Bottle split at CBC Clerko, thanks to Bradley D Finkelstien IV, 06/01/15. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is plum forward, tangy green berry, musty wood, light acidic vibe, tarte goosberry. Taste comprises fleshy plum decay, funk, must, straw, citric rind, tangy red berry. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with gentle puckering. Solid sour, loads of depth and flavour for the ABV.

Tasting at Craft Clerkenwell. Very hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and a little crisp. Light tartness develops in to a little lemon acid. Dark fruits - pretty tart. Touch of floral sweetness brings a modicum of relief. Dry finish with a tart linger. Quite drinkable.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fairly fruit forward with a nice plum character. Light acidity and hints of citrus. Hints of tropical fruit as well. Pours a cloudy, pale brown with a small, thick white head that exhibits good retention and lacing. Flavor is fruity, but less noticeably plum. Moderate acidity with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an enjoyable plum sour. The plum comes through better than in other plum sours.

Bottle thanks to Zack Sanchez. It pours murky amber-blush with a small white head. The is fresh, fruity, plum skin, hay, earth, must, funk, oak and vanilla. The taste is crisp, bitter, plum, sherbet, grape skin, decent mouth-pucker, oak, vanilla and sharp lemon-lime with a crisp, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tart & juicy. Rather tasty.
