Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Nice head with good duration. Color is balvk. Aroma and taste are roats malt, chocolate, licorice,coffee and hops.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Mild bitter, semi sweet and roasted breadish malty. Light bitter and medium dry finish.

Draft at CBC 2014. Pours near black with a small tan head. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate, liquorice, caramel and coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

CBC Session 2. Hazy dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry wity good fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, little dark fruits. Light finish. Meh - bit tangy and dull.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Almost black with small head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel and smoke. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, coffee, medium sweet, little bitter, little smoke? and bread.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, second session. Very dark coloured body, good lacing from a decent beige head. Roasted dark malty nose. Earthy chocolate and liquorice flavours joined by herbal hops towards the ending. Fine bodied, soft in the mouth. Nice (02.05.2014).

Sample from tap, CBC 2014. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Roasted aroma with chocolate, coffee, liquorice, vanilla, caramel and herbal hops. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry, bitter and roasted with liquorice. Nice Stout.
