I liked this. I think it has some age on it. Extreme carbonation, nearly gushing from the bottle That fades quickly and leaves an opaque yellow beer. Aroma has some citrus, grass, and lots of yeast. Dry, more yeast here. Dry brett-like character. Dry prairie grass finish.

Pour is a clear blond with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty fruity and peppery. Flavor is lemon and pepper with a decent herbal hop. Finish is creamy with more almost hot pepper. This was solid but could have been better. Decent yeast but not enough hops and the pepper got in the way. Still If you were going to give someone a saison for the first time this would be the one.

22 oz. bottle. With a stamp of 1/15/2015. Bright hazy gold color with lasting head retention. Aroma is funky Belgian yeast and pale grain. The body has a nice soft yeast character with a dry texture. I light lingering funk in the finish.

Hazy yellow. 1 finger head was much bigger on the pour. Aroma is brett C, sourdough, lemon, pepper, mango. Taste is nice. a lot of residual sugar, malt is prounounced and sweet. wish this was dryer. brett is giving off a good funk and tropical fruit taste. Not bad.
