Bottle at home in Hackney - think I may have been given this by GT! Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Lightly sweet with ample leathery, aged dark fruits, soft acidity, toasted bread, raisins, prunes, restrained funk, some old wood. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Lightly warming finish, fairly drying, a little more burnt wood, tangy dark fruits, berries, nips of cellar funk. Quite drinkable. Good depth.

375 ml bottle from my March, 2013 trade with TheEpeeist, guess it’s time to imbibe. Nose is lightly tart with a hint of Brett, slightly tart red wine, musty oak, a a hint of balsamic vinegar. Opaque black with a medium, lightly lacing, tan head. Flavor is silky smooth, contrasting light sweetness, tartness, and funkiness with a background of woodiness, and a super dry Cabernet. Extremely tasty after 9 years in my cellar.
