And thus the Bush Triple was born. This filtered, top-fermented beer fits into the ranks alongside the Bush Caractère and the Bush de Noël. The Bush Triple is the fruit of the same expertise and the same house yeast. However, this blonde has her own unique personality.
The use of traditional malt varieties and the well-known Saaz hops gives the beer its clear blonde colour. We see the development of a subtle, but at the same time very well- balanced, palette of aromas and tastes. The lengthy fermentation process increases the alcohol volume to 10.5%, but at the same time produces a beer that is very easy to digest.

Sans être la référence, cette Bush Blonde est à mes yeux une des références des bières belges fortes qui savent allier force de l'alcool et équilibre structurel et aromatique. L'alcool à 10,5 % Abv, même s'il confère de la puissance n'est pas tore boyau ; le sucre, même s'il confère une belle rondeur, n'est pas écoeurant ; les arômes, mêmes s'ils sont d'une relative simplicité, sont agréables et équilibrés. Belle maîtrise globale du brassage. En verre, rien à redire avec un blond doré parfaitement limpide (EBC aux alentours de 16), de très fines bulles parcourant la bière donnant naissance à une mousse blanche d'1,5 cm. Le nez est classique, fruité, sur la pomme et la poire, accompagnées de céréales et de coriandre. L'attaque est d'une belle douceur, on retrouve les arômes décelés au nez, pomme, poire, céréales, le tout très finement épicé Très subtil. La deuxième bouche est davantage sur l'amertume, avec une pointe d'acidité sur des notes citronnées qui rentre en jeu. L'arrière bouche laisse quant à elle percevoir l'alcool, présent mais non étouffant. Celui-ci s'allie d'ailleurs fort bien avec l'amertume, élégante. La troisième bouche voit l'alcool monter en puissance. Mais celle-ci bien intégrée et contrebalancée par la douceur, l'amertume et la petite pointe acide n'est en rien agressive et continue à s'affirmer crescendo vers un final où celui-ci s'allie fort bien à un amertume au maximum de son intensité (celle-ci restant néanmoins contenue avec un IBU de 21) et des épices plus affirmées. Avec une blonde à 10,5 % Abv, tout dérapage est fatal, et sur cette Bush Blonde, la brasserie Dubuisson a sur garder le contrôle.

Bottle. Light golden color, white foam. Aroma: esters, a bit acetone, malt, slightly fruits, perfumes, light alcohols. Taste: sparkling, light sweet and sour, pear and apple, dry sherry, wine, apple seed.

Pours hazy deep golden with a small, foamy, white head that lasts. The aroma contains apple, orange, lemon, yeast, dough and alcohol. It tastes medium to heavy fruity sweet and light bitter; The finish has light hop touches and warming alcohol that remains apparent in the taste. Medium body, oily/slick texture, soft carbonation. I’ll have this again.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, ale się jakoś trzyma. W aromacie estry, nuty winne, gruszki, brzoskwinie, alkohol, lekko rozpuszczalnikowy. W smaku półwytrawne, lekkie fenole i estry, głównie gruszki, brzoskwinie, lekki goździk, przyprawy. Goryczka średnia, alkoholowa, wysycenie i ciało w normie, chociaż mało się dzieje jak na ten woltaż. Raczej przeciętny Belg, niczym nie zachwyca.

Hazy gold, tall white dense head. Good retention. Sweet malts and yeast on nose. Fruit. Vinous. A hint of metal. Medium to full body. Malty taste start. After that fruity and spicy yeast and solid booziness. Light to medium bitterness formed by hops and alcohol.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Goudgeel bier met vlokken. Grof schuim tijdens inschenken zakt snel weg. Weinig aroma, de smaak is echter verrassend fruitig en zoet. Enigszins sprankelend in de mond. Drinkt gevaarlijk licht weg voor een bier van 10.5 ABV.

Fles 33cl thuis als Dubuisson Scaldis Blond. Wat fruit, redelijk zacht, alcohol, belgische gist, kruidig. (3-2017).

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of flowers and yeast and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweet kotes of malt, fruit and yeast. Bitterish aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Reasonable.
