A lightly hazed golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light fruity esters, light cloves, grassy hops, light mineral notes, oily mouth feel, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Pours slightly hazy golden color with big white head. Aromas of grass, dough, and spices. Doughy and grassy flavor with biscuit, coriander, a touch of spices and some fruit. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy pale Amber, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is grass, pepper, honey. Flavor follows, a bit sweet, herbal, pepper and grass. Medium body. Fairly standard Saison. A bit sweet, perhaps.

Light tan. Has a vaguely plasticy nose. Not much bitterness, light coriander, and a dash of biscuity but also sweet malt.
