Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała.
W aromacie słodowe, nieco owoców w typie brzoskwini i winogron, lekkie fenole.
W smaku słodowe, lekko kwaskowe, sporo nut owocowych, piwo generalnie jest półwytrawne, kontra słodowa subtelna.
Goryczka niska do średniej, brakuje jej, wysycenie w normie, ciało też, alkohol prawie nie wyczuwalny.
Może być, ale daleko mu do najlepszych.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 08.08.2026) im 2026-01 getrunken. Dieses dunkelbraune Ale kommt nur leicht malzig und mit ein Hauch Hopfeneinfluss daher. Leider ist hier nichts wo ich Assoziationen an Weihnachten oder Winter bekommen. Trotzdem ein gutes Bier. Vielleicht braucht es noch etwas Flaschenlagerung, um zu reifen.

From Delhaize, Etterbek. Deep golden colour. Pear,ginger,apple, coriander. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Lovely beer.

750 c&c as Winter Ale from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours translucent dark orangey gold with a very large and persistent creamy white head. Aroma of banana and yeast/spice with light malt in support. Med body or better. Very clean, but not crisp. Not dry but not very sweet - just nicely malty. Lightly bitter. Banana and yeast/spice that's only suggestive of clove. Really good drink.

Pours a hazy dark golden/orange with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruits, some hops and spices. Medium sweetness. Not bad at all, but I like my winter/christmas ales a bit heavier and spicier.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, caramello, crosta di panettone, frutta secca, agrumi, erbe aromatiche e frutta disidratata.
