On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours dark maroon, with almost no head. Aroma is tart, with red wine vinegar, berries tannins and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is red wine vinegar, tart berries, tannins and wooden barrels. Dry finish.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish dry, sorrel, dry sour cherries, oak, minerals, berry skin, mild vinegar, grass, cherry stones. Taste is sour-ish dry fruity, sour cherries, vinegar, sorrel, oak, berry skin, minerals, cherry stones, hints of redwine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Very nice.

375ml bottle thanks to darrel. pours out a muddy brown orange topped with a small tan ring of a head. nose is big cherries wine barrel notes vanilla. Taste is more of the heavy cherries sweet tart wine barrel vanilla cream.
