Bottle shared at a tasting. Cloudy golden with a big bubbly head. Sour aroma of barnyard, some cobwebs and light citric notes. Sourish flavor with some fruits and a slightly bitter finish with light astringency. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. A bit simple but still tasty.

375mL cork&wire shared by Andy, thanks again! Cloudy golden color, small long lasting head. Aroma is dry, leafy, lemony and very tart. Its authentic gueze yet subdued. Flavor is sour with light residual sweetness getting in the way a little bit. Has a good tart finish and authentic lambic aftertaste. Just some of that weird residual sweetness needs to go away. Otherwise, it comes off as a good lambic with the Boon stamp all over it’s profile. Would love to drink this again. BB 18.02.28.

Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is mild sweet fruits and wood mixed with some tartness. Flavour is equal, rather sweet, but also has some dry tartness and dry wooden notes kicking in. Mellows out and gets a bit more earthier with the yeast poured in. Also gets some slight spicy notes along with the yeast.
