Girovagando e sperimentando abbiamo scoperto che il Villaggio Globale esiste e che Paracelso aveva ragione. Seguendo il concetto di Pumpkin Ale e contestualizzato alla tradizione italiana, abbiamo mescolato con piacere ed equilibrio, zucca mantovana, mostarda di frutta, senape e pepe. Per poi concludere con un dry-hopping di mandorle amare e noce moscata a richiamare l’amaretto. Il risultato alchemico è un tortello liquido che stravolgerà lo spazio-tempo del gusto durante i vostri segreti incontri invernali! Premio ‘Grande Birra’ Slow Food (Birre d’Italia 2017). Due boccali Gambero Rosso, “un’ottima birra, complessa e appagante”.

Botella @Antipodas, Sevilla. 04/01/2023. Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas especiados, sabor citrico, especiado, citricos, levadura cuerpo ligero.

Draft @ Brewdog Roma. Orange trouble, léger doré, col blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet modéré et plutôt discret au niveau de la citrouille, retrouve plus qcq pointes d'épices hivernales avec un retrait sur le malté. Épice revient sporadiquement en rétro-nasal. Palais offre une belle épaisseur de bouche mettant la citrouille en avant, qcq éléments d'épices, grains, impression de purée de légume sans être surfait. Pumpkin spices pour un fini houblonné noble finement amer. Le tout est un peu monodimensionnel.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of butternut, some pumpkin, malts. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, hint of butternut, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied. OK, but lacks taste imho.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Pours slightly hazy Amber with an off white head. Aroma of spices, clovers, light nutmeg, pumpkin coming out but not excessively. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
