100ml, draught, at CBC. Firm white head to a pale golden body. Dry hopped aroma with a resinous touch. Lemony fruity taste added by an elegant touch of mild malty sweetness. Bittersweet endnotes. Fine drinkability (Copenhagen, 12.05.2012).

(Cask at Cross Keys, Covent Garden, London, 22 April 2012) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit and resinous hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with lemon, grapefruit, grass, biscuity malt, and a solid, zesty, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Lovely hop character, backed up by a chewy malt profile. And so deceptively drinkable. Lovely beer!

I am a bit confused here - the beer was served (hand pump) at Copenhagen Beer Celebration as Brodies Old Street IPA, but the ABV was said to be 5%, same as the Old Street Pale Ale. Has somebody got things mixed up here? Pale golden colour, white head. Nice aroma of citrussy hops, hints of tropical fruits. Light bodied. Distinctly hoppy flavour, hints of tropical fruits again, bitter finish.
