Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Black pour with tan head. Roasted malty with a harsh chilli burn, aspects of this I liked, but overall the chilli balance was way too overt even for my chili friendly palate.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Black, minimal head. Mild smokey chili and milk chocolate up front. Very sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Vanilla, chocolate and interesting ancho chili heat. Bell pepper, sugar, chili, vanilla and licorice. Severe chili burn in the finish. Chili and alcoholic beverages usually mix badly. Still this beer has lots of upsides. The chili combination is exquisite. Wish I had it in my snack, not in my beer.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Black, no head. Smoky chili aroma. Spicy, chili flavour, Rather hot - you still get the flavour underneath, but the (tasty - I’ll admit that) chili quickly masks everything else.
