Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart aroma. Tart and light sour flavor with citrus and light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Tartness/light sourness lingers with citrus, light summer fruit, and light acetic notes.

Bottle: Poured a golden color le with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing Aroma of tart notes with some lemony and Brett notes. Taste is a weird mix of Brett funky flavours with some tart notes and light mineral flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. I did not particularly enjoy the funky Brett notes from this beer and the overall balance wasn’t stellar.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with tart character, herbaceous character, light Brett, Epsom salts, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with mineral notes, light grassy hops, light lemony notes, nice and dry, but was expecting more. Bottle at Matt’s.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy orange, medium white head dissipates leaving some residual and good lacing. Aroma is dusty, Brett, musty basement, grass and pepper. Flavor is very light sweet, hint of lemon zest, field grass, light Brett funk, very light tartness. Light body overall. Pleasant and easy to drink; surprised that this one is coming in at 7%
