On tap at Melvin Bellingham, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, with hibiscus and light spiciness. Flavour is loaded with hibiscus upfront, followed by intensely tart citrus and grapefruit. Not cohesive and quite harsh. Still, pleasant.

Tap at the brewpub. Bright red color like a cherry lambic. Surprising aroma that has hibiscus and honey. Balanced flavors with hibiscus, Bit o Honey candy, and lightly tart acidity. Good.

Ruby pour with a pink head. Pretty. Light tart and herbal aroma with some light berry fruits, too. Nice initial tart slap followed by sweet berry, light musty notes, a bit of floral notes, and some faint herbal. Medium thin body. Finish has nice light dry qualities. Very enjoyable.

Bottle share. Pours a little bit on the pink side of orange, light head. Nose is floral and sweet; tastes lightly sour, but mostly sweet. Light florals compliment the sweetness and light pucker. Good.
