"Moonage Daydream" is a Galaxy single hopped pale ale that Cellarmaker brews on occasion. Double Moonage is our double IPA version of that beer. Hopped with a crazy 6 lbs. per barrel of Galaxy and fermented with a more expressive yeast than our normal California ale yeast

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 06, 2020. Aroma is dank and resinous with lighter grapefruit, orange, tropical citrus and even lighter tropical fruit. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a very hazy, murky, dull, golden straw with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness with light alcohol spice. Moderately strong, dank resin notes with lighter citrus, pine and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Super dank and resinous with light, balanced malt notes. Rather bitter but not overly assertive.

Cloudy like a milky burnt orange appearsnce. Smells decent with a small bit of cat urine. Cellarmaker with the thin body as always. Nice flavor but has a similar easemece to some of the HF single hop beers which isn’t a bad thing. malty oat like flavor with light tropical fruit

4 oz draft, Copenhagen Brewfest, Boston. Aroma of peach, pineapple, minerals. The flavor is pretty nice. Mild biscuit, with bready yeast, and light tropical fruit. Bitterness is rather assertive and somewhat balanced by the sweet fruits. Light earthy hint hiding in here someplace.
