Dark brown colour. No head. This has a nice coffee aroma, a fair bit of chocolate. It's quite sweet, lots of sugars in this one. Lots of coffee, chocolate, and the vanilla cuts through as well. Full body. So much sugar.

16 oz. can, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of powdery cocoa and dry coffee upfront, though not much of the other adjuncts. Flavour is exceedingly sweet, with intense sugars, not much of the individual adjuncts – the coconut, cocoa and coffee kind of just sucked into the black hole of diabetes. It’s good in tiny amounts but far from elegant.

473mL can. Pours black with a minimal head. Vanilla, chocolate, and coffee on the nose; definitely a bit of green pepper here. Flavour is super sweet, notes of vanilla, cream, some green pepper. Sickly sweet and not particularly well-balanced.

Notater fra årets BMM, hvor jeg sitter værfast på Craft Beer Junction. Fra fat: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Den holder hva den lover - en superfed chokoladekage fyldt med kokos, bær og vanilje. Nydelig maltkropp og solid amerikansk mersmak, så for min del kan det godt regne en god stund til.
