Bottle at Poechenellekelder. Hazy amber color. Good beige head. Solid fruit and yeast aromas. Med. body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is mildly suggestive of wood or funk - with lots of fruits. Dry. Finishes with light bursts of citrus. A clean tasting beer. Ends up something herbal after awhile. Very, very good.

Served at ambient temperature in a trappist glass. Cloudy, orange body with a frothy, white head. Good glass-lacing. Fruity profile on aroma and taste with hints of yeast. Modest notes of hop bitterness towards the ending, though fairly sweet. Medium palate (BBF, Oslo 10.04.2008)
