Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 17/12/23. Clear orange with a pinkish glint and nothing in the way of a head. Nose is tangy plums, herb, hedgerow, balsa wood. Taste comprises sharp pink berries, straw, light funk, lemon nip, on the turn plums. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss. Not bad.

Can. A very light haze on this apricot - plum colour beer, small pale peach head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light tart fruits, never properly sour and certainly never acid. Plum if you are looking for it, fair bit of pine alongside. The oak chips are a nice touch and a add light but really pleasing amount of vanilla with a whisper of fruity bourbon, just enough to provide some contrast from the tartness. Light, semi dry and crisp finish. Nice job. My kinda sour. It ain't bone dry, it ain't burning my throat and it ain't making me eyes flicker involuntarily. But hey, don't let that stop you lot from sucking up expensive Belgian lemon juice! 🤣

Hazy, thin head, has a lot of tartness, bright plum accent. Not as complex as I was hoping. Good.

Not bad, at least exceeded my cynical expectations - that is, I'm not crazy about the weird flavors everyone wants to stick in beer nowadays. But hey, its a sour, it can take fruit, but bourbon? I dunno. Fortunately the bourbon oak chips added only a very faint oakiness here, nothing obviously bourbony. Plum flavors fairly prominent. Some lemon? Light bodied, lightly sour, very drinkable. Semi-sweet. Better graphic art than beer though. Cloudy pinky-purple.

Can. Pours clear pink and orange, medium creamy white-pink head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is berries, plums, lemon, oak, bourbon. Flavor is light plus tart, fruity, faint bourbon and vanilla notes. Medium body.
Great plum juice, oaky back. Not much of the bourbon. My tongue hurts.
