Pours slightly darker blonde, small, fast fading white head . Scent is very mild. Fresh, green apples and citrus, as you might come to expect from 3FOG. Taste is sharply tart, very slight vinegar, in appropriate levels. very woody, mild funk. Citric, very fresh ( bottled 2.5y ago) Med high carbo, med thin body. Not the most intense of batches, but certainly the flavors are nice. Perhaps one that will benefit from a bit more age.
