Draught Small off-white head over veiled foxy beer. Perfumed, the coriander mixed in young lambic; orangerind, curaçoa. Less coriander in the flavour, and more bitterness than usual in lambic. Orangerind again obvious. Lactic acid, fruitacids/esters. Light body, tart, serious dry-out effect. Almost no carbonation. Nice, but the coriander flavour is unsettling in this type of beer.

30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2036) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Aroma: lots of earl grey, orange peel, fruity touch, soft fruity notes. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, dry, not acidic, quite some metallic notes, meh. Aftertaste: more earl grey, dried orange peel, unpleasant bitterness, metallic touch, not a big fan of this one.

Sampled at horeca expo 2019. Pours unclear blonde, no head. Smell is funky , bit spicy, bit oak, not much lambic funk. Taste is full, funky, woody, recognizable witbier for sure, but the lambic is much more subtile. Nice, malty backbone.
