Robust beer, it has enough body and sweetness to balance the alcohol and the strong acidity; some leather, nice complex brew, with juicy and astringent raspberries.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan / brown head. Aroma is loaded with oak, followed by raspberries -- not getting any vanilla and raspberries. Flavour is fairly unusual, with a strange mix of raspberries, vanilla, and subdued coffee, accentuated by oak barrels. These disparate mix of elements somehow work cohesively. Nice mix of raspberries and oak. Very good.

750ml at Sales Force (thx, Alex M.!). Appearance: dark broen with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malt and sour-sweet raspberries. Taste: aling the same lines, quite roasty, sour, and fruity. Overall: odd, but interesting.

A deep dark brown porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of raspberry, ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light acidity, light Brett, loads of raspberry jam, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka fugace. Arôme de framboise, café, levures sauvages, chocolat noir, pointe de vanille, un peu vineux. Goût de framboise, café noir, acidité moyenne-élevée, chocolat noir. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
