Draught at the brewery
Filthy brown colour, oxidized juice. Some berry jam, a bit dirty, earthy, with some vegetable bitterness in the finish.
This is more similar to a messy homebrew than to anything else.

The aroma is good deep raspberry and malt, nice balance. Has decent foam and muddy brown body. Flavour is nice cherry and malt, well balanced. There's good carbonation but mouthfeel is not really full beyond that. Nonetheless it's nice and drinkable though simple.

Can: Poured a clear dark color ale with a large off-white had with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt and raspberry works better than expected. Taste is also a mix of lightly roasted malt with some raspberry notes and tart notes are offsetted by some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I had low expectation but this works a lot better than expected.

Lots of tartness and raspberry on the nose. Pale brown colour. Moderate tartness and I appreciate the balance to the fruitiness.

A hazed purple ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam, light acidity, light cork, pleasant. Cask Days 2019.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy, murky orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy saison yeast, light lemon, and a hint of pithy raspberries. Flavour is quite earthy, with tons of pithy raspberries, a little lemon, and bitterness. Pithy and bitter. It's pleasant but a little harsh.
