Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of musty cellar, yeast, vinegar, wine marc and red fruit. Pours clear ruby brown with thin quickly diminishing creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Tastes light sour fruity and yeasty, follows by oak and light sweet malty notes, mouthfeel is crisp, while no bitterness is felt at finish. Light to medium body, light sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate. This one's a bit too sweet for my liking...

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep ruby pour, small and short lasting off-white head. Vinegar and caramel on the nose, some candy notes. Thin body, medium to high carbonation. Very fizzy. Moderately sour taste with subtle sugary sweetness. Some bitterness towards the finish. Aroma.... a bit all over the place. Undefined. Lots of vinegar. Some faint candy and caramel. Slight herbal touch. Yeast. Slightly acidic. Somewhat dry. Medium lasting finish. Overall, mediocre. Drinkable but a bit disappointing.

Draught sample at Beers 2017, smallish creamy head, quite clear dark brown color, light aromav of red wine vinegar, sour bread, spice and earthy hints, flavor of vanila, oak and dark fruits, very light sourness. Nice and drinkable, but expected much more.

Bottle at Lidl. Mid-brown, translucent with a bit of off-white head. Cedar, bitter chocolate and malt vinegar in the aroma. Taste is mostly sweet, and there’s enough sourness to give it depth. Medium to long finish with black raspberry, sultana, and notes of horehound in the aftertaste. An easy bruin but none the less enjoyable for it.
