By blending Belgian yeast and science, we’ve managed to combine the best Belgian IPA you’ve ever had with the greatest NEIPA ever. We added an enzyme that causes hop biotransformation so that you can now have the ester and phenol complexity of a beer fermented with Belgian yeast together with the juiciness that can only be achieved through the enzymatic cleaving of aroma compounds.

Now you can gaze sadly into your glass and reflect that yes, it truly does not get better than this, the Best of All Possible Worlds.

Not a great colour, but fairly frothy head. Dusty and with quite a bit of fruity, hop, lots of bitterness.

Pours a clear amber with moderate head. Aromas of eathery Belgian yeast, cotton candy, dried banana and toasted malts. Flavors of dull fruity esters, oily banana, rubber and toasted malts

Sweet fruitiness on the nose, has good golden body and minimal foam. Flavour is mellow sweet hops with some juiciness. Nice oiliness on the mouth and good balance, served at the right temperature. A workable IPA but hard to remember.

Draught at the brewery
Blond colour, clean. Mild Belgian yeast aroma, much stronger flavour; it's dry and very clean, with some hop character of an IPA; so it's a modern and good Belgian IPA.

Light perfumy notes and some citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light citrus, some perfumy notes and a bit of citrus. Odd.

Taster shared with Alex. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: Belgian Saison notes with some tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, but definitely on the Belgian Saison side. Overall: ok.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a fairly clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney and earthy hops upfront, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is wonderfully piney in the hop department, with gentle dankness, light resins, and biscuity malt backbone with just enough sweetness. Now this is a beautifully piney and drinkable west coast IPA. Excellent.
