Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is mild ginger, some herbs and mild strawberries. Flavour is citrus fruits, mild ginger, some slight wooden and mild strawberryish note as well.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Powerfull nice ginger notes. Moderate bitter powerfull ginger flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Hazy golden, small head. Striking ginger/lemon aroma. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Crisp, but with burning ginger flavour. Way off balance.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a fine, white head. Lemon and ginger aroma big time. Medium sweet flavor, some straw, lots of ginger. Light bodied with average and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, sweet finish. Lots of ginger, some lemony fruit notes. Alright.

Bottle at Chriso Patriks Bday tasting. Gold beer with lasting thin white head. Spicy flowery aroma. Way too much of everything. Wow too much flowery spice

Starker und süßer Ingwergeruch. Runk erstaunlich mild, bitter, etwas scharf vom Ingwer. Dahinter wässrig, wenig würzig, insgesamt mild. Wenig interessant, auch im weiteren Verlauf bitter und etwas scharf nach Ingwer, herb im Abgang, wässrig. Unattraktives Bier. 8/5/6/5/12/5

Bottle 275ml.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate ginger - pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, with a peppery ginger burn finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 27.5 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours clear and golden yellow with a diminished white head. Citric and ginger spiced. Solid citric flavour of ginger. Light bitter and sweet finish. Ends citric.

Bottle in a mixed case posted out from the brewery Oct 08, consumed 28-10-08 Pours hazy golden in colour with off white head. The taste is instantly refreshing, ginger kicks in first with a slow burn then the crispness of the lemon nips in and the resulting beer has an almost tonic like fruity dry character, very summery but still bloomin’ marvellous in late October. Once again a lovely beer.
