This juicy DIPA was brewed with golden promise, a heavy wheat and oat malt bill, then hopped and double dry hopped aggressively with 7+lbs per bbl of Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Summit and an irresponsible amount of Citra! Golden, silky and hazy, tasting notes of tropical citrus fruits and ripe peach!

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana. Fresh can. Thanks big dawg!! Nice citrus aroma burst with some white bread character. The taste is bright with citrus zestiness and some juice. Alcohol is very hidden. Overall exactly what you would expect from a single hopped citra IPA.

Can pour from Twelve Percent, North Haven. Appearance is thick, slightly dirty-looking orange juice with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, less-than-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus with a danky, musky vegetal/herbal component and citric/alcohol astringency. Taste is strong orange-tinged citrus with milder late vegetal/herb. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, strong alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, it's a good thing it has a bit of alcohol astringency and warmth or you'd be likely to pound these! Aroma is kind of interesting while the taste is relatively strong but more straightforward for a Citra offering. Weirdly thin for a DIPA. Too good to be bad but many all Citras shine brighter.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor; can
Murky blond colour. Citrusy, dry, yet bold, with just a touch of oats and lactose. Excellent.

Tall can shared at Josh's and Sunshine's rooftop. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: a bit skunky, grassy, tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, but with more tropical fruits. Overall: good one.

Opaque and murky. Bright papaya and pink grapefruit. On the palate, bright grapefruit, lots of fruit notes, good complexity of hop character.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy yellow with a tiny head. Aroma brings out dank hops, with citrus and stone fruits. Flavour is mega-dank, with lots of citrus hops, dank notes, and tropical fruits. Dank and citrusy. Excellent.
