Bright, big poopy pedio, on the palate, soft and sweet, with just a touch of clean pale malt and tartness.

Grassy and vegetal notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soft tart notes and vegetal with long finish.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, tart fruit skins, and light oak. Flavour is very dry, with lots of earthy, dry fruit skins, light oak, and wild yeast. Oaky and dry. Not much depth here.

At Foudres Unis. Tête d’allumette caput Dunham 5.6% Barrique Rioja saison minérale, a copper color with rose rings and an acidic sour aroma. Medium to light bodied with a big boozy barrel character but a crisp light finish. The taste is okay caramel bourbon barrels with a tannic edge to it. Good stuff. 3.8
