A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of perfumy resinous floral, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.

Yellow, hazy. It’s a bit thin, and has a decent fruitiness, but this doesn’t have the greatest structure.

Can, Sergey's hunt; Mosaic & Simcoe
Cloudy pale blond colour. Pungent tropical fruit with a hint of vanilla. Moderately sweet but lean, with very good juice, some linden honey.
Excellent.

473mL can, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very candied and sweet, with lots of candied sugar, sweet blond fruits, and subdued resinous hops. Flavour is even sweeter, with lots of candied sugar, lots of underripe blonde fruits, and citrus hops. Sweet, fruity finish. Might be the age (3 months old), but this is too sweet. Still, good, but not what I look for in a IIPA.

Sweet candy vanilla notes. Clearish yellow with a small white head. Sweet candy and citrus. Again a bit sweet but ok.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit with some mango and floral citrusy undertones. Taste is a nice mix of tropical fruit notes with some citrusy floral undertones and loads of juicy notes with light residual sugar notes also noticeable. Body is full with good level of carbonation. Another world-class juicy/hazy style IIPA.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orange foncée opaque, mousse beige pâle onctueuse. Arôme de mangue, papaye, houblon résineux, orange. Goût d'orange juteuse, papaye, amertume moyenne-faible, malt pâle. Carbonatation moyenne, corps dense.

Can that pours a cloudy golden-beige-orange colour with a frothy white cap, long retention and some thick creamy-foamy lacing. Fresh aromas of citrus fruits and mild herbal notes. Yeast seems to blend the rest together. The taste is also very fruity with the Mosaic and Simcoe hops balancing things and creating a mild bitterness. Kind of like a juicy Imperial IPA. Goes down very nicely and would have this anytime.
