Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet malt notes with some light funky Brett notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt with some sweet malt notes and some Brett notes which offset some of the sweetness.Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable beer but closer to a saison than a tripel.

Bottle from the brewery
Slow gusher. Cloudy blond colour. The aroma is complex, Brett, funk, stone fruits, cellar; followed by more evident apricot. Highly carbonated, smooth; it has moderate acidity, strong Brett character, wood, some astringency, strong fruit, stone fruit, white grape, and quite strong alcohol feeling.
A bit chaotic, but there is a lot going on, excellent.

FhF. Hazy and light amber. Thin head. Lots of brett c on the nose. Soft body, light brett note but this beer will benefit from more brett time.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a strange funk, with light fart. Flavour is similar, with barnyard funk, stone fruits and saison yeast. Complex and an unusual yeast expression. Very good.
