Glou is a blend of barrel-aged saison and a sour foeder-aged beer, both brewed back in May 2017, to which we added 200g/l of New York muscat grape skins from Blomidon Estate Winery for re-fermentation in oak. Inspired by skin-contact wines, this beer is hugely aromatic, floral, woodsy & bright, with great acidity and tannic structure, and is, as we aim for all of our beers, complex yet highly drinkable.

Glass, 4-ounce, bottle, during Foudres Unis, trip with Sébastien Bertrand, savoured on August 11 2018; eye: old pin with a golden hue, hazy, minuscule ring of tan head, light lacing; nose: white wine, light spices, light acidity, light malt, light grape; mouth: white wine, light spices, light acidity, light malt, light grape, finale in white wine with slight woody presence, medium body, average carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; overall: quite good

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey notes, lots of harsh funk, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, harsh funk, and stone fruits. A bit glue-like in a bad way. It's alright.

Funk and some Vinous notes. Cloudy orange notes and small white head. Soured light berryand some sweetness with bit of funk.

Stillwell brewing co. Glou 6.3% Bottle Pour at Foudres Uni. Salmon pink in color with a light body and raspy carbonation and blessed by a tangy sweet tart berry flavor. Nice
