MMXIX Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy ruby with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong oak, earth, grape skin, funk. Thin body, funky, tart grape, oak, vinous, dry finish, enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml bottles. Aroma is grape forward with nice must notes. Hints of lemon with light oak and tannins. Pours a full reddish color with orange hues and a bit of rust and a small white head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Light oak notes with a hint of alcohol. Moderately strong grape notes with tannins and mustiness. Hints of lemon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Nice grape notes that work well with the light acidity and base beer. Very tasty.

This has a pinkish colour, and not much head. On the nose, it’s got some brett, some wood, nice vinous notes. On the palate, it’s tart, a bit woody. Nice balance on this, I like the brett, wood and vinous character. Just a touch of brett B.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy red-brown colour, dull and dirty, with non persistent head. Smells like ass, and berry jam. Highly carbonanted, smooth, a bit vinous, some grape acidity, a bit astringent (Brett?), bitter grapefruit.
Good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy red fruits, light oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart red fruits, oak, and light wild yeast. Nice use of fruits, and quite complex - but certainly nowhere close to the hype of this stupid brewer.
