Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, coriander, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light banana/clove, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, coriander, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness, and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no astringent hop/fruit flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness, tart/tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Belgian IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/tart/tangy/drying finish; nicely soft feel and not aggressive. Great Cascade, Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop hop profile. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops/fruity/yeast; with a great clean bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Was expecting a clean IPA at first, but definitely has their house yeast; while still showcasing the hop profile well.
