Tasting at Erik’s; corked bottle
Cloudy light amber colour, foamy. Nice aroma, spicy, coriander, bit of cardamom, bit of esters. Highly carbonated, high in esters, quite sweet but it balances the alcohol, a bit earthy and that is offputting, some stone fruit; dusty finish.
Not bad, but I'm not into these beers anymore.

750ml bottle at Erik's. Pours a hazy pale copper with a white head. Aroma is sweet with spices and some smoky notes like in Belgian Saisons. Similar taste. Ok.

Hazy light amber. Thin head. There's a sticky phenolic note, there's esters, alcohol, a bit fruity ester note. A little more over the top than the usual Unibroue strong blonde, and to me it's a bit too much.

750mL bottle, pours a murky dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast and a touch of floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast, floral notes and some candied sugar. Nice use of Belgian yeast, with a floral, candied finish.

Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy warm off-white cap, very good stay and some thick foamy lacing. The carbonation is quite lively with smaller bubbles. Belgian Ale yeast nose with some hops showing bitterness to come and hints of apples. The maltiness in flavours are quite rich, somewhat sweet, but not syrupy. The hops helps in the dryness of the finish. Some decent spices that are well blended, with again, the apples notes. Feels like an Unibroue beer for sure with just a tad more hoppy bitterness. Pretty nice.
