Can. Salmon pink color. Nice raspberry nose. Sweet-sour, nice balance in the flavor, good raspberry is tasty but not huge. Rather simple but nice.

Pairing with my favorite macarons! Lucky Envelope Raspberry Sour Ale (5.5%) with a Sadaharu Aoki cassis macaron. Orange color with a quick vanishing head of fizz and tart raspberry aroma. Light bodied with tart raspberry. Not much depth of flavor on its own. The superb cassis macaron lends the beer complexity drawing out sweet tarts and bright berry flavor. A muted beer starts to shine. By itself 3.4 with the macaron, 3.6

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear pale pinkish copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lightly tart raspberries, with a touch of lacto. Flavour has plenty of lacto, with gentle acidity, and light raspberries. Very light and lacking depth, but clean and pleasant. Okay.

Golden to amber colour, clean, with no head. The raspberry character is quite strong, juicy, with acidity, soft tannins. Nice.

At Skillet, Seattle. Pours hazy red with a thin, light pink head. The aroma contains raspberry, (sour) cherry, sugar, some wheat. It tastes medium to heavy sour and light sweet. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. A bit one-sidedly sour, lacking some depth.
