Bottle from the brewery. Hezy yellow pour with a large white head. Aroma is oak forward with strong, semi sweet barrel notes with some soft citrus and stone fruit. Great funky notes, a little peppery, light hints of spice. Low bitterness, good funk and tart, lots of hops and tropical fruit, with an earthy, barrel finish.

(2018 keg on tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Aug 7 2019) Nearly clear bright gold pour, white head and lots of lace. Aroma is quite oaky and lightly fruity, reminiscent of an oaked Chardonnay, moderately funky. Flavour is light lactic acidity meets oaked white wine, a bit buttery, some lemon and grapefruit, straw, pith, minerals. Lightish body with soft carbonation. Good mellow wine-like blended farmhouse with a lot of barrel character as you'd expect from some of the more long-term aged threads in the blend, with rstrained acidity for a HHoE barrel-aged beer. Nice!

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is mild apricot, peach, wheat, flowery hops. Taste is apricots, barrel funk, flowery hops again. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Flaska från Muted Horn. Något oklart vilken entry som är korrekt - denna är 2018 års utgåva (55% saison, 45% sour, 6% abv och flaskan oktober 2018). Blek ljusguldig relativt klar med vit krona. Frisk och clean med citronjuice och citrus i förgrunden. Tydligt vass ton som av gräs och brett. Även vit persika, gröna druvor, zest, fläder, lite maskros/blommiga toner och granskott. Tydlig fatkaraktär med kryddig ton från ek och tanniner. Uppfriskande och mycket gott.

Half Hours on Earth Funkland Blended Farmhouse Sour Ale 6% Lovely light gold with a big white head of foam and a sour tangy soft lemony aroma. Very tangy and tart with high acidity and an earthy mushrooms funk. Easy drinking sour.

Orange and some funk notes with a touch of peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light sour and funky citrus rind. Nice and some depth, quite nice.

375ml bottle (thx, Eric D.!) at Ash's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is funky with barrel notes. Taste is moderately acidic with some botanicals. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with dry rustic malt notes is quite nice. Taste is a great mix of funky Brett notes with some dry rustic malt notes, some oak and some vinous notes. Body is about average with great spritz carbonation. Wonderful blend of beers with nice complexities and high drinkability.

Bouteille 375ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme de levure, acidité, vinaigre, un peu poussiéreux, vieux bois, pointe de souffre. Goût de levure sauvage, acidité élevée, poire, herbes sèches. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen, aérien.
