On tap. Pours black with light head. Aromas of creamy chocolate ice cream. Flavors follow same with a bit more neopolitan. Sweet. As advertised

Very black body, very indeed, but no foam to speak of. Smells of big roasted sweet coffee. I feel like that middle aged dog you have - we are both in the environment, relaxing. Ruffling our furs against this intense sociality. Listening intently yet minding my own business. Squinting against the noise of the crowd. My fur trembling in winter. It tastes of sweet barley, almost beef jerky, a big attempt at darkness that just doesn't jive as it's a dry finish. Needs more work, could use more effort to express the intensity of this moment. So it goes. I remember you.

Can. Dark brown. Not much head. Mostly chocolate taste, with a light strawberry. I'm actually happy that the vanilla and strawberry are downplayed.

Can - Fudgy milk chocolate and light vanilla. Deep jet black with no head. Fudgy chocolate, berry and a touch of vanilla. Not bad, but I have had it much better executed.

473mL can, pours black with a medium, quickly-dissipating light brown head. Aroma brings out lots of bitter chocolate upfront, with a touch of vanilla, lactose and a hint of strawberry. Flavour is like ice cream, with a nice blast of dark cocoa and strawberry ice cream. Light lactose, vanilla and chocolate on the finish, still with the strawberry noticeable. Nice dessert stout without being too sweet.

Flat dark brown to black. TBH I'm having this one after the Death Blows, but I'm less and less convinced by this beer. Semi-sweet, light body, touch of chocolate and fruit, but not very interesting.

Thin sweetish stout with some fruit acidity, it seems depleted of interesting flavour and depth.

Black. Good chocolate, strong body, moderately sweet, with mild fruit (cherry), sweet nuts.
Dessert beer, very good.

Glass at the brewery with Alex during 3rd anniversary. Pours a very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is lots of chocolate, cocoa nibs, hazelnuts. Taste is similar with roasted malt and strawberry notes. Good one.
