This is a very unique interpretation of a classic style of Belgian inspiration. Traditionally brewed from wheat, the genre has been completely redesigned in the Glutenberg way in order to present a 100% gluten-free and 100% wheat-free beer, a real tour de force whose recipe only we have!

The Glutenberg White is distinguished by its composition of quinoa and amaranth which, while giving it a strong grainy profile, ensures a long lasting taste. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your summer thirst.

Can. Slightly unclear golden body with a medium sized, lacing white head. Aroma has wheat, spicy yeast and banana. Flavor is sweet and quite smooth, slightly citric fruit, hint of wheat, light banana, spicy and some grassy bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Drinkable but nothing outstanding.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cloves, banana esters, light and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana esters, grainy notes, herbal notes, OK. Can.

16 ounce can. Pours a hazy yellow gold color with small white head that disappears quickly. Earthy smoky grain nose. First sip is light grain and orange peel. Some coriander comes through as well. A slight hop bite in finish. Not bad for a gluten free brew.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Cloudy orange with small white head. Aroma is nice ester & a little coriander, medium body, low carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is estery buckwheat (which is different than the typical wheat barley combo) and coriander.

Pounder: Lemon zest, coriander. Cloudy yellow, thin head. Coriander, lemon. Pear hints. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Not bad and a bonus point for being gluten free. Much better than the blonde.

Can from Marine Gateway Liquor Store
Cloudy blond color, small head. Simple aroma, a bit spicy. Correct body strength, the mouthfeel is lightly oily; the malt profile is decent, it has a mild spicy flavor, some zesty hops, but also some plastic.
Ok beer.

Can. Hazy, light tan. The aroma has some funky yeast, a light grainy note and a whack of coriander. A bit thin, sort of tart, and a light spiciness. All round a bit thin and light.

500mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander upfront, followed by toasted dry grains and some citrus. Flavour brings out bright citrus and coriander upfront, with dry toasted grains on the finish. Wouldn't have actually guessed this is gluten free. Decent, but boring.
