This is a very unique interpretation of a classic style of Belgian inspiration. Traditionally brewed from wheat, the genre has been completely redesigned in the Glutenberg way in order to present a 100% gluten-free and 100% wheat-free beer, a real tour de force whose recipe only we have!
The Glutenberg White is distinguished by its composition of quinoa and amaranth which, while giving it a strong grainy profile, ensures a long lasting taste. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your summer thirst.

500mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander upfront, followed by toasted dry grains and some citrus. Flavour brings out bright citrus and coriander upfront, with dry toasted grains on the finish. Wouldn't have actually guessed this is gluten free. Decent, but boring.

Pours a cloudy light-golden colour with a small white cap and a little lacing. The aromas are better balance than most gluten-free brews with the orange notes and light spices. Even the yeast is quite nice. The taste also shows this. The millet seems a little too strong, compared to good buckwheat, giving a sharp edge. Still, a nice representation of the style in a gluten-free beer.

Can: Poured alight hazy blonde color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt notes with some coriander and orange peel notes. Taste is also a mix between some sweet malt notes with light grainy notes also perceptible with some coriander and orange peel notes clearly detectable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Quiet enjoyable considering there is no wheat malt involved in this recipe.
