750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett upfront, with white wine barrels, gentle funk, grainy notes, and a little wood. Flavour brings out musty notes, with some wet dog, brett, white wine barrels, and medium funk. Funky, grainy, and white wine. Woody and tangy finish, with high carbonation. A bit too much wet wood.

Bottle - Grapefruit peel and some nice funk. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Lots of carbonation, intense mango and citrus. Awesome with a bit of age.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with full head. Aromas of manure, peach skins, tart tropical fruit and wheaty malts. Fruity flavors of pineapple, tart stoned fruit, grapes, and light wheat. The underlying manure notes is a bit of a put off on first whiff... But the flavors compensate.

Hazy golden color with generous head. Nice aroma, also fart (sulfur), grapes. Good body strength, mild residual sugars, the sourness is stronger than expected, but it also blends well with the strong fruit character, grapes, a touch of mandarin. Long final. Balanced and elegant.
Excellent.

750ml bottle from the brewery at Alex's. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky with lots of sweet grape notes on the back. Taste is similar, less complex, though. Good one.

On tap at the brewery, this version had exta brett c conditioning. Bottle has black label instead of white. Opaque luminous pale. Thin head. Lots of brett on the nose, vinous, similar palate with lots of sweet malts. As it warms, some pedio comes out.
