First beer on my first flight on the patio of the brewpub on 13th august 2025. Clean and clear pale golden body, wispy white head. Decent refreshing Lager, but no real aroma or standout flavours, just a regular easy going one. Light grassy feel towards the finish.

Gold, fast fading white head. Corny grainy nose. Thin and unblended, poor effort

Has okay foam on a medium gold body. Smells of pretty good cracker and honey, could be more bright. Taste is really nice cracker, slight bitter weedy hops, very well balanced. Ends smooth with lingering honey but sticks a little on the tongue. Nicely done, a very enjoyable lager.

A pale blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, a bit watery. On tap at brewery.

Bright straw colour, not so much head. Aroma shows sticky malts, sticky, gluey pale malts. Not popping. Too sweet, and not nearly a rich enough malt profile to get away with that.

On tap at Sooke Oceanside, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw and cereal malt - smells clean. Flavour is dry and fresh, with lots of fresh straw and cereal graininess. Very refreshing, what I want in a lager. Solid.

Retry - nice grains. Clear gold with a decent head. Soft grains and a touch of sweetness. Decent. Light Skunky and some green apple. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Apple and light skunk with a very light crisp body.
