Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, yeast, candi sugar, raisins, grass, minerals, weeds, broth, alcohol, hay, grain. 0.33 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before January 2019. Clear, dark amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, rather spicy, yeasty and slightly fruity aroma of caramel, coriander, vanilla, orange peel and raisins. Very sweet, malty, yeasty, spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, coriander, orange peel, vanilla and raisins, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather spicy, yeasty and slightly warming-alcoholic finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Doesn’t taste bad, just too sweet and unbalanced. Still a decent sipper though.

Bottle from Cocktails, Littleborough. Darker amber coloured with a thin head. Smooth tasting, smooth textured pale malts with a stated enough berry-fruit sweetness to it. This is slightly sugary in its nose

330ml bottle at 8.2% ABV. Pours dark red with a large beige head. Aroma is liquorice, caramel, yeast, coriander, banana. Taste is sweet, caramel, fruit.

Bottle from Worldwide Alcohol bottle shop, Chelmsford, and shared at Dan’s. Abv 8.2%. Pours amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malty, herbal, medicinal, light caramel. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium to full body and sticky texture, carbonation is soft. Finish is sticky and sweet.

Il gusto al naso si indirizza sullo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è poco meno che deciso. Arriva anche un accenno di umami. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è lungo, secco, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma restituisce sentori di frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, fiori, affumicato e marron glacé.

0.33l bottle. Clear ruby body with a quickly collapsing white head. Aroma of banana, toast, caramel and figs. Taste of caramel, toast, banana, figs and a bit of floral hops. The alcohol is well hidden. Correct beer.
