Tap @ Arendsnest. Light amber color. Tangerine and oily hops in the aroma. Light amber color. Firm oily flowery hopbitter flavor with tangerine and grapefruit. The influence of the use of American hops is noticeable. Clean and well built beer.

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten, which was 7% alcohol. Hazy amber pour with a short slight off-white head. Typical de Hemel aroma, which comes from their house yeast. Slight spicy and with some orange and tangerine notes. Soft hoppy, some caramel malt. Slight sweet in taste, soft bitterness. Fits in the range of beer de Hemel makes and although they share some similarities between them, I quite enjoy them.

Draught @ De drie dorstige herten, Utrecht. Clear amber color, medium sized dense white head that leaves fair lacing. Don’t get a lot of aroma. Taste is malts, sweetish, a touch of herbs or spices. Not an IPA by far, but a decent Belgian ale I would say.

tap at Arendsnest in Amsterdam - Pours lightly hazy amber. It smells malt and some citrus. The flavor is sweet and fruity with a dry, mildly hopped finish. IPA? I’d not have guessed that. It’s a tasty brew, but doesn’t have the hop load I’d expect from the style.

On tap at Arendsnest as Rafael Lentebier. Slightly hazy amber colour, thin white head. Aroma is sweet, honey, malts, fruity and floral. Flavour is soft, honey sweetness, malty, light alcoholic, soft bitter finish. Very smooth and creamy mouthfeel, medium to fullbodied. This was more like a sweet heller bock than an IPA to me. Really good beer.

Draught 7% as De Hemel Paasbier. Fresh, fruity, spicy, flowery aroma. Dark copper colour, very small white head. Very nice flavour, teaish hoppiness, some nice pepper/alcohol. Very malty and pleasant. The aftertaste is a bit short, but good.
