Con una deliciosa expresión aromática que mezcla notas de manzana y pan tostado, entrega una sensación redonda en boca debido a su leve mayor dulzor (8 gramos de azúcar residual).

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruiy nose with notes of apples, yeast, barnyard, toasted white bread, minerals and a touch of sulphur. Fruity, tart taste with apples, yeast, citrus, barnyard, minerals and oak wood. More than medium body, dry. Clean and crisp, with a slightly yeasty dryness. Quite nice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale yellow, lively head. Minerally apple aroma. Dry with rather slender body and spritzy mouthfeel. Red berries, minerals and tart apples. Somewhat clean and hard. Mild apple skin bitterness.

Flaska från SB. Klar blekgul med vit krona. Lätt, frisk, syrlig med funkiga inslag, gröna druvor, gröna äpplen, vitt vin, fattoner, äppelskal, skalbeska, äppelkärnor. Något lättare, torr kropp som försvinner och slår av snabbt.

Bottle from Vine-Wine in the heart of the hipster capitol. Ommegang anniversary glass. Holy nucleation Batman! Pale, opaque, champagne-y color. Smell is acidic & tangy apples. Minerally, banana esters & a tiny tiny touch of barnyard. Yeasty start gives way macerated apples & bitter core. Banana. Lots of iron. Moderate to high acid & lingering bitterness. Finishes fruity like good cava. Quite tannic. Talc-y, but otherwise pretty clean. Was excited for some potential funk. Well made, just not dying for another.

Draft - Light glue and Sulfur. Pale gold. Effervescent and some glue with a dry finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out fresh champagne yeast, with a bit of funk. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with loads of dry white wine, champagne, and barnyard funk. Vinous and funky. Excellent.
