A hazed dark golden cider with aroma of tart raspberry, Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet raspberry jam with apple skin, light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Had this at FHF. Very pale pinkish hue. Apple, light fruit, touch of raspberry.

Draft - Sulfur notes. Cloudy pinkish. Sulfur and apple with a bone dry finish. I don't seem to get anything outside of the sulfur notes unfortunately.

On tap. Pours a cloudy white/yellow with light head. Aromas of apples, funk and a bit of grape must. Flavors follow samecwith what I think is tart pear skins and additional coarse apple. Nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours an opaque cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of berry skins, with light barrels and some wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with wild yeast, apple skins, berry skins, and farmhouse notes. Wild yeast and berries in good cohesion. Good stuff.
