To kick off summer we creatd this slightly salts and soured wheat ale made in the German gose style. Tart, tangy, with hints of grapefruit and sweet hit of agave, this unique brew is perfectly refreshing.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of artificial sweetness, with a touch of citrus. Flavour follows accordingly, with faded, artificial sweetness, with a touch of salt. Oh man, the agave does not come out well here - so artificial and poorly executed. No good.
