750 ml bottle. Pours amber with full head, Aromas of candied fruit, resin, musty yeast, and toasted malts. Flavors of a mix of saison yeasts (fruit esters, banana/bubble gum, and mineral notes) with musty white wine and wheaty malts. Nice carbonation. Nice and interesting but not unique.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a hazy bright yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather simple, with subdued champagne yeast, subdued bittering citrus hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very soapy, with a floral hop character, then revealing a touch of champagne yeast, and returning again to the soap. This just isn't working for me. I love bruts and many different brut-style beers and ciders, but this doesn't work.

Cloudy and dullish. Not a bad colour, but you'd like to see the bubbles in a brut beer. On the nose, it's a bit yeasty, maybe a bit vinous but it's not all that enticing. Like not good versions of these things. On the palate, kind of yeasty. Definitely fizzy. It's got a light pale fruit note, but it doesn't bring much complexity. There's too much malt and yeast to really come across all that well. It's not sure this is hitting the spot for me.

Sergey's hunt at Oakes Manor
Hazy blond colour. Very nice aroma, balanced between malt and hops, lightly funky. Dry but not extreme, also because the body is not too weak; where it lacks though is in the finish, that is short and weak; ordinary blend of malt and hop without too much exciting character.
Good beer, nothing special though.

Bottle - Melon, grassy, orange rind and some pineapple. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soft, light cat pee, grass and a nice citrus finish. Very soft and complex, not sure if I am sold on the style though.

750ml bottle (thx, Farees!) at Josh. Pours a murky DIRTY blonde with a white head. Aroma is grassy hops with some grainy notes. Similar taste. It is bubbly. Meh.
