A wonderful crisp and satisfying bitter brewed with pale, wheat and a small proportion of dark chocolate malts. Generously hopped with Northdown and East Kent Goldings. It is a pale brown, slightly fruity session bitter to be savoured.

Cask pint in The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire. Golden brown in colour, off-white crown on top. Piney hop bitter with a decent malty base for balance. Liked it.

Cask at the Lord Clifton. Clear golden pour with white head. Light malt and toffee aroma. Same in flavour with a nice fudge aspect. Light bitterness.
