Our INKA PALE ALE is the result of all that history together with the harvest of purple corn grains that give a deep ruby color, used by the Incas in ancient Peru.
"Inka Pale Ale"

Bottle - Light woody hop notes. Cloudy, copper with a small white head. Bitterness, light caramel and a light finish. A bit English in style.

330ml bottle at Erik's. Pours a hazy dirty golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are fruity and citrusy, not pleasant. Meh.

Cloudy, purplish colour. On the nose, definitely phenolic, maybe a little bit of that purple corn. That's definitely purple corn on the palate, quite a bit of hop bitterness. A bit of fruitiness. Interesting, at least the corn flavour.

Tasting at Black Metal West
Cloudy golden colour. The aroma is initially fruity, then malty, bready. Sweetish, very malty, not much hop character, a bit herbal and astringent in the final, lingering fruity touch.
Unbalanced but drinkable.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, herbaceous character, light fruity esters. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light treacle, pleasant choclo corn, grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Cañas y Tapas.

10cl pour at Barbarian Miraflores, pours a clear copper amber with some ringing white head. Nose has plenty of corn and malt, whoa, soggy bread, some orange, some mild spice, a little yeast, but lots and lots of corn. Flavor has more IPA character, lemon and soap, but lots of malt and lots of corn, some yeast, some bread. Sweet finish. Dunno about this.
