Bottle shared at my parents, thanks to Sint Bierkoning. Hazy golden with lasting white head. Looks nice. Light citrus hops up front, light sour gooseberries, indeed some hay, dried flowers, a bit grassy, some lactic notes towards the finish. Light sour and very light sweet and bitterness. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle at Yespr’s. Gusher! It pours cloudy golden with floaters and a small white head. The nose is pineapple chunks, earthy brett, bruised banana, light spice, sherbet and barnyard. The taste is crisp, tart lemon, funky, sherbet, some bitterness, alcohol and barnyard with a dry finish. Medium body and high, effervescent carbonation. Nice tart sherbet action going on.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Murky golden colour with some floaters, a dense, white head. Light sour, acidic aroma with yeasts, oranges apples, various sweet fruits - very pleasant actually. Taste is light sour and fruity. Medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes with fruits and yeasts. Nice Saison.
