Bottle: Poured a straw color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some dry herbal hops notes with light dry Brett notes are also discernible. Taste is a wonderful mix of rustic malt notes with some dry herbal hops notes with some dry Brett notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. World-class saison in my opinion.

Draught @ Matchstick Coffee in Chinatown. Cloudy, vibrant straw with a big head. Orvallish nose w brett, pale malt, orange zest, herbal hop (like Styrian, Ariana or I could even see Super Saaz). It’s a cool hop note, anyway. Orangey, soft, nice big clean pale malts. Orvally brett in the finish. Really nice brew. Yum.

750ml bottle at Josh's on his 20k party. Pours a bit dirty blonde with a white head. Aroma is eastery like Belgian saison. Similar taste with hoppy bittetness. Not bad.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark yellow with a large white head, with lots of lacing. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, with hay and light spiciness. Flavour is along the same lines, with spiciness, farmhouse yeast, hay, and biscuity malt. Spicy and farmhouse-y. Very nice.

2017-03-17, bottle, Oakes' Manor tasting, 7-3-6-2-13=31
Gushing bottle. The aroma shows a lot of Brett. The mouthfeel is very dry and bretty, not much else, with strong final astringency and vegetables; monodimensional and not very elegant.
Less pleasant than on tap.
2018-03-12, draught at the brewery, 7-3-7-3-15=35
Cloudy blond color. Potent character, both the arom aand flavour, spicy, lightly funky, with some vegetable bitterness and astringency in the final.
Very good.
